Rickey Likes the Mets New Hitting Coach

The Mets have fired batting instructor Rick Down and replaced him with Rickey Henderson. Or at least that was the initial report. Now it seems like HoJo is going to be the hitting coach and Rickey will be the first base coach.

I just don't understand what the Mets expect Rickey to add.
Can he teach Jose Reyes to run hard?

Rickey: "When Willie takes you out of a game for not running, just tell him "Rickey ain't in the running mood."
Jose: "Pero me llamo Jose."
Rickey: "I don't speak French."
