Unhappy Recap: Braves 11 Mets 4
This series is one game away from being an absolute disaster.
That play by Luis Castillo, who by the way, we have for his great defense, completely screwed up Pelfrey who clearly lacks the mental toughness to overcome plays like that.
And when you toss in the fact that Castillo struck out with second and third and 1 out, it makes me want to kill him.
And the Mets signed him for 4 years and $25 million in the offseason.
At least the Mets got 14 good games out of Moises Alou before he's going back on the DL.
Without him and Church the Mets might not ever score a run.
But Reyes did have two more hits.
